David Mola – From a long line of family builders in Connecticut, Dave moved to Naples in 1992 and began his construction career encompassing both residential & commercial contracting. Dave's foundation as a builder started when he earned an architectural drafting degree from Norwalk State Technical College. He then furthered his expertise by studying real estate practices and principles, and residential appraisals, at Sacred Heart University. Dave’s experience includes seamless coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and financial institutions. For over 30 years, Dave has weathered the changes in the construction industry and successfully adopted a proven approach of taking clients from design inception to C.O.

 

Kevin Lindheim – A native of New Orleans, Kevin relocated to Naples in 1988 and began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser, designated MAI. Kevin graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting with post-graduate studies in Real Estate from Tulane University. Since then, Kevin has branched out into Commercial & Residential Real Estate brokerage; Insurance; and comprehensive construction draw inspections. Kevin has continuously owned and operated Florida Valuation & Consultants, Inc. in Naples since 1992 as well as other diversified businesses including Southern State Gas (TECO); and Mill Run Flooring. Kevin is a Florida State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser #1017; and Florida Real Estate Broker #BK272483.

 

Mitchel Lindheim – Licensed Florida General Contractor #CGC1528982. Mitch graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law. He also holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor of science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
